I was contacted this morning in relation to two funding parcels available on short notice from Monday onwards. Conservative gearing. No valuations required. $1.00M and $0.60M. Reasonable pricing. Burning a hole in lenders' pocket. I don't have specific deals on hand. Do you?
I further expect to have another several million dollars becoming available during the month, in addition to lender's already with funds to hand.
WE NEED DEALS! It would disturb me if the fund were utilised elsewhere, but remember, quality is always the key.
